I've been Intel fan for the past decade, but I got huge fps gain from i7 12700k. I am shocked at how much FPS this has gained me in CPU bound games.

I was really scared to buy this cpu from amazon due to how many got scammed by getting counterfeit 9800x3ds or DOA legit ones but i am happy to say mine arrived safely and intact, posted on first boot but sadly couldn't handle a - 25 in curve optimizer which means I lost the bin lottery.apart from that tho i am happy with it upgrading from a ryzen 7 7700, its way faster thanks to the 3d vcache and also runs cooler due to the new architecture.it also OCs really well without throttling, temps are great under load and on idle.I'm using a x870 Gigabyte aorus elite wifi7 ice and its been smooth so far, and hopefully all the issues about burning and cpu failures won't happen to me but only time will tell.

Much better for gaming compared to my 14900K (though I am keeping both this CPU and my i9 14900K). However, idk if it’s my bad mounting job I did for my AIO cooler but this CPU runs a bit hotter compared to my 14900K under full load. My 14900K averages around 70C under load, but this CPU averages around 75-85C. Still, absolutely awesome CPU for gaming!

Its legit and it just works, i have not had it for more than a week now but it dose what you expect for it being the best gaming cpu on the market. It's stable the temps are nice and low (i do have it water cooled) this cpu is for those who want the best.
