Care & Maintenance Instructions
1. Cleaning the Interior:
Wipe down wood surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic wood cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the Canadian Hemlock wood.
Do not varnish, paint, or stain the sauna interior.
2. Cleaning the Glass:
Use a non-ammonia glass cleaner or a vinegar-water solution with a soft cloth.
Avoid abrasive pads to prevent scratching.
3. Floor & Seating Areas:
Place a towel or mat on the bench and floor during use to absorb sweat and protect wood.
Wash towels after each session to maintain hygiene.
4. Ventilation:
Leave the sauna door slightly open after use to allow air circulation and prevent moisture buildup.
5. Electronics & Heating Panels:
Never spray water directly onto heating panels, control panels, or speakers.
Ensure power is turned off before wiping electronic components with a dry cloth.
6. General Usage Tips:
Do not eat, drink, or use oils inside the sauna to avoid stains.
Keep the sauna in a dry, indoor environment—avoid direct sunlight, rain, or high humidity areas.
Inspect power cords and plugs regularly for safety.
7. Long-Term Care:
Every few months, gently sand any rough spots on the wood if they develop.
Periodically check screws, hinges, and door alignment for stability.
